EVENT SCHEDULE
Set up and pre-competition 9:00am - volunteer sign in & set up 10:00am - competitor arrival & sign in 10:15am - walk through & questions for all handlers, volunteers, staff *mandatory presence, flight placement will only be posted morning of in person upon signing in* 10:45 - spectator arrival First run of the day starts 11:00am. You are expected to be present at designated area when your flight time STARTS. We cannot accept anyone that is late. 11:00am - flight 1 12:00pm - flight 2 1:00pm - flight 3 2:00pm - flight 4 3:00pm - flight 5 4:00pm - flight 6 *there is buffer time between each run of each flight, any extra time will be for breaks at the end of each flight. Every flight is planned to start on time* After final dog has run judges will debrief scoresheets and finalize results 5:30pm - awards & debrief 6:30pm - volunteer take down RULES FILE - PLEASE DOWNLOAD\READ
